À la lumière de cet article on peut comprendre pourquoi ils font ça.
L'Irak est devenu un territoire vierge, et après avoir fait toutes les
expériences militaires sur des cobayes iraquiens, ils (re)construisent
les infrastructures de communications comme ils rêvent de les
transformer ici.

C'est donc d'autant plus interressant, encore une fois, pour comprendre
à quelle sauce ils vellent nous apreter.
