   I'm not sure how helpful the WIKI turned out to be.  The final
(AFAIK) version of the English text is the one in OpenDocument format at
http://www.digital-copyright.ca/petition/ict/

   It looks like all the feedback is in, and we can have some bilingual
people peer-review the French to compare with the English before we
launch.   We want to make sure any nuances are captured.
