It's very clear that yum doesn't have the right list of package for some
reason. Either your mirror doesn't have all the packages or you have
some sort of incomplete db...

probably the old cache in /var/cache/yum that is the problem... try
running :
yum clean all

Of course, googling the errors might help a bit:
