[MLUG] [OT] Convert VMware VM to Citrix Xen

Just a thought, but the VMDK format for VMware Server is different than the
one for VMware ESX. So, in order to import it in Xen, I believe you need to
convert it from Server -> ESX -> Xen. Long shot, but it might be a
possibility.
