[MLUG] Band throttling

Why not use a encrypted connection? Most torrent software offer this option I beleive. I use utorrent and it definitely supports it. I believe Azureus (whatever the new name is now) also offers it.

It also avoids the bottleneck if you are with DSL-Bell-and friends.
