The :995 extension at the end of the host's name specifies the
port number. 
pophm.sympatico.ca only accepts mail through port
995  (SSL requirement)

-Username : Type your complete mail address ex :
lsatenstein at sympatico.ca
It must be a sympatico.ca email account 


-Use secure connection : SSL

-Authentication type :
Password
