The usual. Pubnix.net, still has the worst web site ever, small local
company, 34,95$/month for unlimited bandwidth, no contract. Excellent
customer service, their tech guy sometimes call you back immediately after
you leave a message at 23h, even though he's supposed to work 9 to 5. ;)
