[MLUG] OT: ISP Provider in Montreal

Hello, fellows

Even it is off-topic, but I need your suggestion
Currently I am with Acacnac for ~$34 / month + $8 / month for the dry
loop
I need your opinion on other ISPs which do provide a dry loop with
lesser price. I can pay a year in advance, but the quality of line
is important (ie no blocked ports, at least 5Mb down 800 up). 
All my systems (4 for now) use Linux / Ubuntu and Debian

Any suggestion is GREATLY appreciated
