[MLUG] OT Web developer needed for prototype site

Can someone email me with some Montreal based web developer names, ones who can work with PHP, FLASH, SQL, WEB2.0 to build an alpha / prototype of a site plus application.   

Work could be done within Linux or other MS system that can later be hosted
