[MLUG] 3g cellular data

Thank you for your response, at least I know then it is possible to use.
Unfortunately the Novatel 950D is not available for HSDPA here in Canada,
however, the Novatel U-series of USB & PCMCIA cards are availlable. You
mentioned wvdial, which I used to have ~10 years ago when I was on dial-up,
it worked well, however, the information required to configure it here in
Canada is not provided by the ISP's as they each provide their own "access
manager" type of programs.

Anyone else ever tried these under Linux ? I know some subnetbooks like
EeePC's come built-in with 3G/4G cellular cards, perhaps someone could take
a look at the config ?
