I am with Acanac too. and I am getting the same download rate.

Acanac has an introductory price deal for 1 year. Around $20/mo. Visit their
website. Unlimited download and uploads.  Next year, I will be at the
$30/mo.  I have a dry dsl line at $8./mo tax in.
